More old stuff from the archives because why not? I worked on Disney's "Enchanted" for Tippett Studio around 2006. Back in the day it was still tricky to make complex digital characters and many VFX studios still scanned physical maquettes to help with the modeling process. The finished maquettes were also useful as color and lighting reference. I think this was the last IRL maquette I did for a film. All I had to work with was a piece of concept art from Crash McCreery (who created concept art for Jurassic Park, Interview with a Vampire and many other noteworthy films, worked for years with Stan Winston) Strangely I don't have any images of the finished painted maquette. Will update if I ever find them.
