Very early creature and ship exploration roughs for the Denis Villenueve film ARRIVAL. My work wasn't ultimately used but it was still really fun and an honor to work with Denis and hopefully some of my ideas helped move the ball forward at least. I did get a page in the making-of art book so that's very cool.
